We have 4 objections:
[1] Use of copyrighted material from https://www.facebook.com/itsthehappypage
without Owner permission.
[2] Passing off
The look and feel of https://www.facebook.com/TheSadPage emulates our page. It is reasonable that users believe it is published by ourselves.
Legally this is referred to as Passing Off (misrepresentation that causes damage to goodwill).
[3] Offensive content (see exhibit 03 below)
[4] Soliciting traffic from https://www.facebook.com/itsthehappypage

As of 9am (EST) Monday 09 Sept. 2013, 70 images on their page page have been lifted from ours. We would be happy to exhibit these on this page of necessary. Likewise we are happy to bring the original drawings down to your Menlo Park office in person.
